My Favourite Part of the Day: Couple Portraits
For me, the highlight of any wedding is the portrait session with the couple. This is the time when I get to truly bond with them, see their personalities shine, and capture the connection that makes their relationship unique. It’s always such a fun and joyful experience—many couples even tell me this becomes their favourite part of the day!
Walking around the grounds, capturing natural moments, laughing, and exploring together not only makes for beautiful images but also creates memories the couple will cherish. I always aim to make this part of the day as relaxed as possible because I know it’s often the only time the couple gets just for themselves amidst the whirlwind of the wedding. This calm, personal moment often produces the most genuine, heartfelt photos of the entire day.
